I am looking to gain experience as an Art Department trainee within media production. I graduated with a Product Design degree from Glasgow School of Art in 2024. During my degree I specialised in handcraft and acquired skills working with materials such as metal, advanced woodwork and clay. 

Since university I have applied to courses to understand Art Department roles in film and TV and their daily realities. I volunteered as an Art Department trainee on a Sean Connery Talent Lab short film, supporting the team with set dressing, moving furniture and general tasks. I have also developed my making skills by volunteering at bike charities, helping in maintenance classes and refurbishing donated bikes. I recently completed my Cytech 1 training to further my mechanical skillset. I have strong mechanical aptitude in diagnosing visual and structural problems, which I am eager to apply as an art department trainee.
