The Carb cub isn't just a food trailer it's a culinary hug on wheels. Born from the belief that the best breakthroughs happen over a bowl of pasta, we want to bring the heart-of-the-home energy to every set, festival or private event.
We believe in heart & heritage. We've stripped away the fluff of modern catering to focus on honest and comforting Italian staples
The menu:
pastas, risottos, antipastos grazers, bruschetta bowls, signature honey drizzles and tiramisu.
We can cater for most dietaries including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian.
