C.J. Lazaretti is a film & video editor based in Glasgow. He was one of six editors chosen for the inaugural Sean Connery Talent Lab, a mentorship scheme run by NFTS/BBC Film with producer Chris Young (The Inbetweeners). Since his debut editing The Gospel According to St. Derek (feat. Tilda Swinton), he's edited 30+ short films & TV episodes (and one feature film). The shorts he's worked on have won 10+ awards after playing at more than 60 UK, US and European events like BFI Flare and EIFF. He holds a Master's Degree in Filmmaking from The University of the West of Scotland, having also studied film at Met Film School London and The University of Texas at Austin.
