Dedicated to creating a consent-based working environment that allows both cast and crew to feel safe and supported, ensuring they can produce their best work.

With over twenty years of professional acting experience, Michele brings a deep understanding of the unique actor-director relationship and ensures this is given space and respect. She appreciates all departments within a working crew and collaborates effectively to help paint pictures and bring stories to the screen.

Through her Intimacy Coordination training, Michele gained the following certificates: Mental Health First Aider through MHFA England, Bullying and Harassment for Employees, Sexual Harassment Awareness, LGBTQ+ Awareness, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Conflict Resolution, Bystander Intervention, Disability Awareness Training, Full PVG Certificate. 

Based in Glasgow and willing to travel for work.
