Call for evidence: Scotland’s Screen Sector inquiry

Closing date: 3 November 2017

Following on from the Screen Sector Leadership Group’s report, the Scottish Parliament’s Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Relations Committee has agreed to conduct an inquiry into how the recommendations on strengthening and developing the Scottish screen sector can be implemented. The report set out a series of actions that could be achieved in the next five years if there was strong leadership, a comprehensive strategy and appropriate investment and support for the sector.

To inform this work, the Committee is seeking the views of stakeholders and individuals across Scotland.

Further information, including the aims and objectives of the inquiry and details of how to make a submission are set out in the call for evidence which is available on the Committee’s webpage (available in PDF format and on Adobe Spark). Please feel free to share the call for views.

As noted in the call for evidence, the deadline for making a submission is 3 November 2017. Submissions should be sent to CTEER.inquiries@parliament.scot.
