An affordable medium scale studio space to include: free parking wifi, kitchen/green room, and toilets.
The 8m by 20m space is hung with black curtains and is over 6m high.

an adjacent workshop for set building and prop making
a technician who knows the building
a contact list of makers, carpenters, welders and riggers
fully equipped costume room
additional dressing/ meeting rooms
puppet making
