We provide a top quality, bespoke BBQ catering service from our professionally converted cattle truck, which has been customised to include our giant ceramic Kamado Joe grill “Big Joe“ which is fuelled with sustainably sourced and produced Scottish charcoal from Weir Forestry. We also have a gazebo set up and smaller Kamado Joe, along with our 4x4 meaning we can be serving your cast and crew lunch and dinner in the most remote of locations. We can cater for up to 250 cast and crew.
