As a recent graduate from Loughborough University with a 2:1 in Textiles: Innovation & Design, specialising in multi-media textiles for fashion, I am eager to begin pursuing a career within the film, television and media industry. I am a creative and enthusiastic individual looking to learn and develop existing skills further and open to a variety of job roles.
Throughout my degree I completed a range of solo and collaborated projects which has given me the confidence to work independently and within a team. I have perfected my ability of understanding briefs and working well to a strict deadline and budget, while always maintaining a strong eye for detail throughout.
My strengths in organisation and working well under pressure have been enhanced by a vast amount of volunteering I have taken on over the past five years including backstage dressing and styling models at fashion shows and acting as front of house supervisor for a selection of theatres during Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Studying fashion and textile design in depth over the past four years has given me substantial set of skills which I believe I can easily adapt to take on roles within costume design, costume construction, wardrobe assisting and styling.
