Jonathan has been editing professionally since 1996, but studied documentary film making and editing whilst at university from 1992. Jonathan is equally at home with Final Cut Pro or Avid, using all Avid applications, and is a real team player, enthusiastically contributing to any project and working well under pressure. His background interests of photography, film, writing and music give him a good sense of storytelling and narrative rhythm, making him very much an editor's editor. Jonathan is happy to cut a wide range of genres, and has a particular passion for comedy, drama, politics and history, with a love of archive footage and a sharp eye for detail.
